📅 26 & 27 September 2026
📍 Amsterdam, the Netherlands
We invite you to a weekend dedicated to enhancing the quality of our relationships. We will be in a small group with only 14 available places.
The quality of our lives is absolutley dependant of the quality of our relationships. All kinds of relationships: with a partner, with our parents, with our children, and with friends. And ultimately, the relationship with ourselves.
Sometimes these relationships flow naturally. Sometimes they become difficult, painful, or confusing. Patterns repeat. Conflict returns. Connection feels hard.
This weekend is for people who want to better understand the dynamics in their relationships and create healthier ways of connecting. This weekend may be valuable for you if you:
# Want to improve an important relationship in your life
# You are currently in a difficult or conflict-heavy relationship
# Struggle to find or build a healthy romantic relationship
# Are going through a transition in your relational life: from single to partnership, from partnership to marriage, through separation or divorce, after the loss of a partner, or while moving from parenting together to co-parenting
# Want to improve the relationship with your children or parents
# Notice recurring patterns in connection — difficulty opening up, fear of intimacy, conflict, withdrawal, people-pleasing, or repeating unhealthy dynamics
Often, the issue is not only the relationship itself, but the deeper patterns we carry into relationships. By making these patterns visible, change becomes possible.
What will we do?
During this weekend, we will work experientially with relational dynamics through systemic methods.
We will use:
*Individual family constellations — to explore personal relationship dynamics and hidden systemic patterns
*Systemic group processes — to understand how relational patterns emerge in interaction with others
*Sharing and reflection — to slow down, integrate, and bring awareness to what is moving inside you
*Creative processes — to access insight beyond words and engage the body, imagination, and intuition
It is a space to observe, experience, feel, and gain practical insight into the relationships that matter most to you.
