During this 5 days explorative journey, we are going to dive into the field of the invisible.
Family patterns, as well as social, religious and cultural entanglements, when kept hidden from our awareness, tide us into stuckness and disconnection, disabling us from resourcing into the strength and wisdom that comes from our belonging to the net of life.
Join us for 5 full days of deep exploration of the ways we relate with others and how to nourish healthy relationships with others and oneself.

The Realm of Fascia
” As the embryo is forming there are two clear layers of cells. One that will become skin and nervous system and one that will become organs. In between these two layers a third appears, this layer will connect and give shape to everything in the body: fascia. Without this third layer, a human body cannot be formed. Fascia is our organ of innerness, of reciprocity. It is the space in between, the element of relationship that makes creation take place.
It is what allows one and two to come into connection and communication and create something new. It holds us together.
Fascia is the relationship itself.

The intertwines root network of fungi teaches us about community, about the inter-connectedness of everything.
Sustainability in terms of circularity, nurturing through exchange and partnership.
Here is where we learn about the fundamental importance of co-regulation, the cyclical aspect of life and belonging as a process of co-evolving.
Nourishing and being nourished, it teaches us that we are all part of a larger system, and that through our growth and expansion, we contribute to the overall vibrancy of the system we belong to.
Trainer, Mentor & Spiritual Guide
Stefania Ammirata is a therapist, using in her healing work systemic constellations, somatic processes, shamanic journeys, and art therapeutical practices.
Her life, educational, and professional choices have been mainly guided by her deep interest in the physical body and its ability to express, communicate, connect and manifest deeper layers of the self, in daily life as well as on an artistic and on a therapeutic level.
She has trained as a ballet dancer and in 1989 graduated from the “Teatro Dell’ Opera” in Rome, Italy. In 1994, she was certified as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
Her need to keep integrating creative and healing processes led her to the study of Open Source Forms (OSF), a technique used to free the voice and the body from old patterns and to allow a more balanced self to manifest.
Since 2016, she is a certified Bio-Resonance therapist. In 2017, she completed a 3 years certification education in Family Constellation and Expressive Art Therapy, an intensive education on Bert Hellinger’s Spiritual Constellation approach.
