Family Constellations is a powerful experiential process that reveals and resolves unconscious patterns inherited through our family system. In this work, we don’t just “talk about” our issues — we step into the field of morphogenetic intelligence, giving voice to the unspoken, restoring interrupted connections, and allowing the soul’s movement to do what the mind cannot.

About Tiziano Sguerso
Tiziano Sguerso is the founder of a systemic approach that integrates Family and Systemic Constellations, phenomenological observation, and soul-centred inquiry to reveal and transform the hidden dynamics shaping our lives.
His work emerged through a profound journey of self-discovery, self-emptying, and inner reconciliation. Through this process, he came to understand that transformation and individualisation do not arise from changing external circumstances, but from restoring harmony within ourselves and our system of belonging.
Over the years, Tiziano has worked with thousands of individuals, couples, families, and groups across the world, helping uncover unconscious patterns, inherited burdens, and unresolved family dynamics that may influence relationships, health, success, and fulfilment.
At the heart of his approach is a simple understanding: the more we take our family of origin as it is and find our rightful place within it, the more we become who we truly are. Genuine change arises from within, allowing our natural strengths, gifts, and authentic expression to emerge.
This insight led to the creation of an approach that emerged from Tiziano’s own journey of individualisation and the unfolding of his unique gift. Working with the body, soul, and systemic field, it helps reveal hidden dynamics, release entanglements, and restore interrupted movements where life has become blocked.
Through workshops, constellations, and guided processes, Tiziano supports people in reconnecting with themselves, creating greater harmony in their relationships, and moving forward with more authenticity, clarity, and inner freedom.
